Stormwater and Erosion Control Planning can be creative!  We draft plans that handle stormwater effectively while working with the aesthetics of the landscape.  Water runs naturally with or without us getting in its way.  Our approach is to artfully and effectively guide this potentially destructive force......and harness its power for visual delight. Oh!  And we can still do a straight forward "I just need this for a building permit" plan if that is what your looking for.

Sometimes you just need a little outside perspective.  We visit a lot of talented people who usually design and/or build their landscapes themselves, but run up against a technical or visual issue that has them stumped.  A fresh perspective can help find the solution you are looking for. This service can be as simple as dropping by for a chat and circling the problem together. Or it may be a more stubborn issue requiring exploration and planning. We do like a good challenge.  

Or maybe you just want to know what types of plants are not going to provide a nice salad bar for the deer. We can help with that (a little more challenging if you live on the Hope Peninsula).....those deer will climb stairs up to your deck to eat your growies. Nonetheless, we have solutions for even the most determined deer in your area.

You might want to create a quiet reading nook, hammock hangout or hideaway. Or maybe you are more rambunctious and you prefer active sports and entertaining areas. We will sort out the questions that always come up in design projects. Which plants?  Furniture? Materials? Focal points? Amenities like fire pits, water features and outdoor kitchens?

Your dilemma may be more functional, such as the water from your roof washes out your garden path and then washes silt out into the driveway. Or you don't have a good way to get from here to there and have to take the long way around.
